RMA procedure
Robin Telecom products are meticulously assembled for quality. In the rare event of an issue, contact our dedicated Support Desk for remote assistance or to obtain an RMA number. Here’s the Support and repair procedure:
- Request an RMA number through our Support ticket system, providing product type, article number, serial number, and a clear description of the issue.
- Our Support Desk will work with you to resolve the problem remotely. Controlled remote access is available for doorbells during service intervals, accessible through the Robin App.
- If the issue persists, an RMA number will be issued for return.
For returns:
- Request an RMA number through our Support ticket system, providing product type, article number, serial number, and a clear description of the issue.
- Pack the product securely, noting the RMA number on the box.
- Ship to: Robin Telecom Development B.V. Flemingstraat 50 1704 SL Heerhugowaard The Netherlands.
Note: Do not return products without an issued RMA number, and always include the RMA number on your return parcel.
