Fill out the right ticket, and our dedicated Support Team gets back to you as soon as possible, within two working days.
Return doorbell
Within 14 days, you can return the doorbell to us in its original packaging, with all the accessories, following Robin Telecom Development’s Terms and Conditions. Returns are at your own expense and your responsibility. Use the RMA Request Doorbell ticket to make a return notification so that we can start the return process.

In the unlikely event that a faulty product is delivered, it must be returned to Robin within two months without being processed or altered. Robin will bear the cost of this. Fill out the RMA request form on our Support site, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
